I played hard and I worked my bottom off, but it was so much fun. I could probably sleep for 3 days straight, but I get to go to girls camp instead.
You want to hear some stories from the week?
Hear is the first one
The first night I was really home sick so I called my mom. The people in my dorm, which was everyone I swear, were being really loud. So I got into the closet and called my mom. Then she told me she didn't want to talk to me because she was at the store. So I called my dad and we talked for like two minutes. It was grand. Then everyone in my room made fun of me for sitting in the closet and calling my mom. Then we ordered pizza and I was fine.
The second night we threw gold fish ( the kind you can eat) into each others mouths, they ended up all over my floor.
The third night I fell asleep at 9:30, because we didn't have anything to do that night, the girls order pizza and then they came into my room and asked me if I wanted any and I talked to them while I was asleep.
Last night I fell off the bed and I have a huge bruise on my behind. After this week I swear it looks like I am abused, but I'm not I promise.
One day while we were walking over the sky bridge there were some boys playing football and we were talking about what we wanted to do and I suggested that we go and play football with the boys. They totally heard me and pointed at me, so I waved at them and they got the biggest grin in the world. Then all the girls freaked out and said Kelley no boys in the dorms, and didn't your mother ever teach you not to talk to strangers? I replied with a simple no.
So on Saturday I wore my BYU shirt and I had no idea that GU and BYU were rivals and I got so many dirty looks. Then finally some lady told me to change my shirt. I told her no and then said that I was proud of it and walked away and she laughed.
It was a great week and I cant wait to get to BYU so I can do the same thing, but this time I get to sleep in my sisters apartment and eat good food.
As you can tell I didn't have much time to take pictures but here is one of my ankle or lack of ( Holly calls it my cankle) after I got done icing. That blue thing is a vain.
Can you tell that it's super swollen? I suggest not taring three ligaments in your ankle. Just don't do anything stupid even if you could score and make it so your team can win, and if anything bad does happen to you do what your doctor told you because I am regretting not wearing my brace everyday all day, and if I would have done what I was told I wouldn't have this beautiful cankle, but let's be honest, it's kind of growing on me, and me and Holly have a ton of inside jokes. It's a lot of fun to make fun of, and I laugh at it all the time because it looks funny.
